    During this maintenance window we will be switching over the whole of FLG to a new database. The reasons for the switchover are to increase resiliency of the FLG database layer, improve performance for our users and allow us to roll out new database versions in the future without any service interruptions. During the maintenance window there will be a period of around 5 minutes when all background job and workflow processing will be paused to allow the switchover to take place. During the actual switchover we expect a period of about 1 or 2 minutes of intermittent service while all services switch over to the new configuration. Prior to the maintenance work beginning we will confirm contact details for out of hours support *** ADDITIONAL SUPPORT ARRANGEMENTS *** We will be monitoring our support inbox during the maintenance window and will start monitoring it again from 07.00 on Thursday 29th July should any of our customers need to contact us immediately after the work has completed. Please email support@getflg.com as normal and your email will be picked up. All additional support will be provided by email so please do not call. Our support telephone number will open as normal at 09.00 on Thursday 29th July.
