Delayed lead status updates

Between 08:20 and 16:30 yesterday (14/05/20), there were three points during the day where lead status updates were slow to appear. This was caused by the database running slowly.

Our metrics show this happened at 08:20-08:55, 12:30-13:30 and 15:45-16:30. At these times a lead status update may have taken between 10 seconds and 3 minutes to appear to the user.

This issue was monitored during the day and a configuration change was applied at 16:30 to resolve the problem.
