The permanent fix for this issue will be completed soon but it is no longer being treated as an incident. Please contact our support team if you continue to see the problem or need further help. All reports are successfully using one of the two workarounds described earlier.

As a reminder, the issue only affects Google Chrome users using FLG in an iFrame and is introduced when upgrading to v80 of the browser.

The issue only affects Google Chrome users and is introduced when upgrading to v80 of the browser. As a temporary fix:

1. Open the Google Chrome flags page (type chrome://flags into the address bar and hit Enter)
2. Navigate to 'SameSite by default cookies' and set to 'Enabled'

Or an alternative browser could be used.

We're looking into a permanent fix but this may require a significant upgrade on our part which requires further investigation and planning.
