Between 22:30 23/04/20 and 10:30 24/04/20, some customers reported problems attaching files to emails. The issue has been fixed and it is possible to attach files to an email again. It was the result of a change we made to the system affecting file handling which we reverted as soon as the issue was noted. We'll review what went wrong and re-plan the work.
