The supplier of the third party billing system which we are currently using to manage our invoicing and payments processes has ended support for their old platform so it is necessary for us to upgrade the billing system to run on their new platform.
During the maintenance window we will need to initiate the migration of our billing system and then deploy some updates to our main platform so that we can continue to communicate with the upgraded billing system.
We do not expect this work to be customer impacting and should not affect the operation of FLG.
Any invoices raised or payments made during the migration could be delayed until the next working day.
