Retrospective: Issue sending webhooks to dialler

Between 21.00 on Thursday 5th March and 13.00 on Friday 6th March, there was a problem with webhooks which may have resulted in your dialler system rejecting the webhook from FLG if using one of the following webhook types:

- Difference Dialler (Old)
- Easycallnow Dialler (Old)

The above options are limited to a very small number of customers so you may not be familiar with them. We do not believe that any other webhook types were affected.

The problem was caused by a planned upgrade which concluded at this time and had been ongoing for a number of evenings. We believed that it would be transparent to our customers. However, we found that once the final app server upgrade had been completed and all requests were going through upgraded servers, some dialler webhooks were affected due to a slight change in the multipart encoded data which we subsequently fixed.

This is a retrospective incident because the issue was resolved at 13.00 on Friday 6th March and all dialler webhooks are now being delivered as expected.

We're sorry if you were impacted by this fault. We're already making changes to our system to avoid similar situations in the future.
