** What is happening? **
We're currently migrating the FLG product to a new hosting platform. We're in the final phases of the project which has been ongoing for a number of months.
During this maintenance window we will be making changes to the new application features (Journeys, Appointments and Voice) and Insights. We will also be making a temporary change to the dialler integrations as part of a phased migration. The change will be reverted during this maintenance window too.
** Why are you doing this? **
We strive to use the most modern tools and services to ensure we maintain a robust platform. The new platform is more flexible and will allow us to deploy new features more quickly.
** Will it affect me? **
We do not expect users to be affected so please contact our support team if you see any problems. The changes should be transparent to users.
** What do I need to do? **
No action is needed by customers.
