** What is happening? **
We will be undergoing planned maintenance during this time to make essential changes to our database. As part of a phased deployment, this window allows us to complete a database switchover and monitor the results closely, as traffic increases, before switching back. We will respond decisively if we see any issues.
** Why are you doing this? **
We're improving the way FLG stores information in our database as part of a larger migration project.
** Will it affect me? **
When we switch the database, you will be unable to save records for a couple of minutes. We only expect to switch the database once at the start of the window and once more when we conclude our tests, but you may see some disruption and slowdown throughout the maintenance window. You should have no issues viewing records and we do not expect any impact on availability/uptime.
** What do I need to do? **
No action is needed by customers.
