During this maintenance window we will need to restart the primary database and then the secondary database to apply a configuration change.

There will be a brief interruption to service of around 30s while the primary database restarts.

Interactive users will not see any change in user experience during the primary database restart however some API requests may return a 500 error and need to be retried.
