Between 10:13 and 10:28 today (05/05/20), some customers reported problems accessing the New platform features (Journeys, Appointments or Voice). This included not being able to launch a Journey from a lead. This issue was fixed within minutes of being reported and all was working correctly by 10:28. The problem was due to internal authentication issue and as a result of the database change we made this morning. We’re sorry if this affected your use of FLG.
