** What is happening? **
We're currently migrating the FLG product to a new hosting platform. We're in the final phases of the project which has been ongoing for a number of months.
This extended maintenance window covers a number of incremental changes we will make out of hours to gradually direct application traffic to the new platform whilst monitoring the results closely. Other parts of the system are already operating on the new platform. This extended window may be supported by shorter maintenance messages/windows where there's a specific activity you should know about.
** Why are you doing this? **
We strive to use the most modern tools and services to ensure we maintain a robust platform. The new platform is more flexible and will allow us to deploy new features more quickly.
** Will it affect me? **
We do not expect users to be affected so please contact our support team if you see any problems. The changes should be transparent to users.
** What do I need to do? **
No action is needed by customers.
