    Microsoft have deployed a fix and we're seeing delivery to Outlook/Microsoft 365 addresses recover. Some emails may still fail while this settles, and we'll continue to monitor.

    Some users may see delays or bounces on emails sent to Outlook/Microsoft 365 addresses, including login codes and messages sent to your customers. This is a confirmed Microsoft-side issue (not FLG), and Microsoft is working on a fix. Bounced emails are being retried automatically and should go through once Microsoft's issue clears. Other email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) are unaffected. We'll update this page as we know more.
