Emails to Gmail being routed to spam folder
  • Resolved
    Resolved

We have now completed all planned work around email deliverability. The new domains have finished warming up and emails are now routed by these domains. IP monitoring has been implemented to ensure we can react quickly to any degredation of IP reputation. Email validation has been added to FLG to verifiy email addresses prior to sending emails - a more detailed email of this has been emailed to all customers. Finally we have enabled domain verification to allow you to send emails via your own personal domain, ensuring you're in control of your own repuatation.

    Update

The team is still focused on improving email deliverability and it remains one of our top priorities. We've created a new email sending domain for some email routes and are in the process of warming that up. To help protect that new domain reputation, we're also building a brand new email validation tool to reduce the volume of emails which hard bounce or are sent to spam traps or to disposable email addresses. The first phase of that project will be deployed to all customers in the coming weeks. We will communicate the details to all customers by email.

Deliverability issues to Yahoo mail servers
  • Resolved

An additional IP address added to the affected email route that is not blocked by Yahoo has now completed its warm up process and is now the primary sending IP for the affected route. Our logs indicate that bulk email is no longer being prevented from delivering to Yahoo email servers on this route.

    Update

We are continuing to monitor the situation. While a lot of bulk emails are being delivered successfully to Yahoo, we are still seeing some continue to be delayed and fail. We are still awaiting a response from Yahoo support.

  • Identified
    Identified

Our engineers have identified an issue with all bulk email being prevented from delivering to Yahoo email servers. This affects email addresses with the following domains: - yahoo.com - yahoo.co.uk - aol.com - rocketmail.com - sky.com Only our bulk email route is affected (emails sent from workflows and bulk actions). Transactional emails continue to have very good deliverability. We are in contact with Yahoo email support to try and resolve this issue and we have taken action to attempt to route around the problem. Bulk email is now being delivered to Yahoo, though some emails are significantly delayed and a small number are still failing. We will keep you updated with the situation.
