** What is happening? **
We will be undergoing planned maintenance during this time to make essential changes to our file handling system. We started this work on Monday 20th April. This window allows us to do the work out of hours but monitor closely as traffic increases and respond decisively if we see any issues.
** Why are you doing this? **
We're improving the way FLG stores and manages files including email attachments as part of a larger migration project. No other part of the system is being changed.
** Will it affect me? **
We do not expect any impact on customers or impact on availability/uptime but please report any unexpected behaviour after this time.
** What do I need to do? **
No action is needed by customers.
