Between 21:00 yesterday (08/06/20) and 10:45 today (09/06/20), some customers reported problems with webhooks not reaching their dialler systems.
Customers using VICIDIAL based platforms (Hostcomm, Connex and others) may have seen failures if using the FLG inbuilt 'VICIDIAL Dialler' or 'Connex Dialler' webhook types. Failed webhooks may have impacted triggers based on 'New Lead' and 'Change Status'.
The issue was caused by a problem with IP whitelisting. This has been temporarily resolved but we're still working on a permanent resolution.
