Between approximately 13.20 and 17.30 on Wednesday 28th July, automated emails triggered by lead actions or workflows were not sending correctly due to a problem with email templates. We reverted a previous change in order to remove the issue whilst further investigating. The root cause has now been identified and we will re-deploy our changes soon including the fix.
