The issue affecting SMS sending has now been resolved following a fix implemented by our provider.
SMS services are now operating as expected.
We are currently experiencing issues sending SMS messages. This has been identified as an issue with an upstream provider.
The provider is aware and actively working on a fix. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.
The ability to carry out bulk actions will be unavailable while we implement system improvements. Automated emails send via lead actions or workflows will remain unaffected.
After further review, we’ve identified an additional issue impacting workflow condition checks. In some cases, workflow steps may not trigger correctly.
A fix is underway and we are prioritising resolution. We’ll share the next update as soon as possible. We’re sorry for the ongoing disruption.

During this window we will be carrying out maintenance on our primary database instance.
There may be a loss of service for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window while the primary database is restarted. We do not expect any other impact so please contact our support team if you see any problems.
