Our logs indicate that things are back to normal and that the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked on this and sorry for holding up your day.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The issue is intermittent and appears to be linked to authentication requests and some of the newer FLG features like Insights and Journeys. We're looking into this further and will have a fix out as soon as possible.

The platform is operating as normal now so this incident will be closed. We will be concluding a full post-mortem in the coming days which we will make available to customers. Early indications are that the issue was triggered by connectivity issues on a single Amazon Web Services (AWS) Availability Zone where one of our databases resides. This investigation is ongoing and we will confirm once the post-mortem is complete.

The access problems this morning, which started around 11.02 and lasted just over an hour, were caused by one of our databases failing. In order to resolve the problem we removed the problem database from our configuration. The team are now working on getting the problem database back in to an operational state at which point we will focus all efforts on investigating what triggered the database failure. We will leave this incident in "monitoring" for the time being and ensure that a post mortem is completed once everything is back up and running as normal. Sorry again for the problems this morning. We know how frustrating this will have been to all users.

Sorry if you are still seeing some issues - It seems there are still some residual issues which is causing some pages to load slowly - we are continuing to monitor and will look to resolve as soon as possible ... We will update here ~30 minutes

The system is operating as normal again. We will continue to monitor this closely before closing this incident. At 09.36 we saw failures on some of our hosts. This left a reduced number of hosts which were unable to accommodate the remaining system load. The system eventually self-healed and we are investigating what caused the initial hosts to fail. Sorry for any disruption that this caused you this morning.
