** What is happening? **

During this maintenance window we will be making a change to the inbuilt FLG webhook integrations. This mostly affects dialler integrations.

We're currently migrating the FLG product to a new hosting platform. We're in the final phases of the project which has been ongoing for a number of months.

** Why are you doing this? **

We strive to use the most modern tools and services to ensure we maintain a robust platform. The new platform is more flexible and will allow us to deploy new features more quickly.

** Will it affect me? **

We do not expect any users to be affected so please contact our support team if you see any problems. The changes should be transparent to users.

The change is to the inbuilt FLG webhook integrations listed under 'Webhook Type' - Difference Dialler, Easycallnow Dialler, DXI Dialler, VICIDIAL Dialler, Connex Dialler and BrightOffice Cases CRM.

** What do I need to do? **

No action is needed by customers.
