Earlier this morning an issue was found with inbound emails not appearing in FLG. A fix was released quickly and things are now back to normal. Any email replies from approximately 08:30 to 09:16 AM have still been received and are being allocated back to their respective lead records.
Between 10.20 and 11.12, there was a problem authenticating FLG with Zapier. If you use the FLG/Zapier integration then you may have been affected. We recommend you check your Zaps. You may have received a notification from Zapier if there were errors. We are sorry for any disruption this may have caused you this morning.
