    We were altered to a problem with Insights reporting at around 07.20 this morning. When navigating to Insights users are receiving a 504 error (Gateway Time-out). For ad hoc reports whilst we're investigating you may be able use native FLG reports. We’re really sorry to be holding up your day. Please be assured that our teams are working hard to get everything up and running, and we will update you in an hour with the latest information.

Issues with sending bulk emails to Microsoft servers

    This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst this was worked on. All emails should be back to sending as normal without delays.

    Internal testing has found an issue with sending bulk emails to Microsoft servers. This includes domains like outlook.com, live.co.uk, live.com, hotmail.co.uk, hotmail.com, etc. In most cases, a substantial delay is being seen so emails should find their way to the recipient after a varied amount of time; sometimes after more than an hour has passed. Some emails sent before today may not have been delivered at all due to retry attempts being exhausted. We are still investigating the full impact of this. For now, steps have been taken to avoid any emails from being lost but delays could still be seen. This issue will be updated once we have further information. In the meantime, sorry for any problems this may have caused.

    A small number of customers have reported an intermittent problem when submitting Journeys. Where the submission fails, subsequent actions may also be affected. We’re aware of the issue and are working on it. We’re sorry to those people seeing this issue.     This incident is now resolved. The 'lead received' event was not firing correctly which meant that actions usually happening on event 'received' were not triggered between 8am and 3:30pm today. We recommend checking any leads received in this window and ensuring the correct events have taken place and the leads have the correct status. We're very sorry this happened and we will share the content of our post-mortem with customers once concluded. Should more information or help be needed then please get in touch with the team.

    ** What is happening? ** During this window we will be upgrading the primary database and running maintenance on a database table. ** Why are you doing this? ** We constantly monitor the performance of our systems and have identified a change that is needed to improve database performance and keep FLG running smoothly ** Will it affect me? ** There will a brief loss of service for a few minutes at the start of the maintenance window while the primary database is restarted then during the rest of the maintenance window, keyword search in the user interface will not reflect any changes from new and updated leads. Keyword search indexes will be updated once the maintenance work has completed. We do not expect any other impact so please contact our support team if you see any problems. The changes should be transparent to users. ** What do I need to do? ** No action is needed by customers.
