This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we'll now keep monitoring
We're just investigating an issue with connecting to the database .. we're noticing pages are loading slowly
Some customers have reported that Insights reports expected this morning have not arrived based on their schedule. We identified an issue with the Insights worker at around 09.45. It's now back up and running and clearing the backlog of scheduled reports. This means that reports planned for earlier this morning may still arrive late and that reports scheduled for 10.00 onwards may be delayed. We're monitoring the workload carefully and may need to proactively manage the backlog to ensure the system continues to operate correctly for users. If your report does not arrive then we recommend running it manually this afternoon. We’ll continue to monitor and will close this incident once everything is back to normal.
Between approximately 13.20 and 17.30 on Wednesday 28th July, automated emails triggered by lead actions or workflows were not sending correctly due to a problem with email templates. We reverted a previous change in order to remove the issue whilst further investigating. The root cause has now been identified and we will re-deploy our changes soon including the fix. We are sorry for any disruption this may have caused you and your customers. You may wish to review leads to ensure that your customers received all key email communications intended during this period.
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
The switchover to the new database has completed, we will continue to monitor.
Preparation and verification tasks took longer than anticipated. As a result the maintenance window will be extended to allow time for the work to be completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
During this maintenance window we will be switching over the whole of FLG to a new database. The reasons for the switchover are to increase resiliency of the FLG database layer, improve performance for our users and allow us to roll out new database versions in the future without any service interruptions. During the maintenance window there will be a period of around 5 minutes when all background job and workflow processing will be paused to allow the switchover to take place. During the actual switchover we expect a period of about 1 or 2 minutes of intermittent service while all services switch over to the new configuration. Prior to the maintenance work beginning we will confirm contact details for out of hours support *** ADDITIONAL SUPPORT ARRANGEMENTS *** We will be monitoring our support inbox during the maintenance window and will start monitoring it again from 07.00 on Thursday 29th July should any of our customers need to contact us immediately after the work has completed. Please email support@getflg.com as normal and your email will be picked up. All additional support will be provided by email so please do not call. Our support telephone number will open as normal at 09.00 on Thursday 29th July.
This maintenance has now completed successfully.
We have been notified by a supplier that an urgent software upgrade is needed for one of our cache services. Sorry for the short notice but we need to apply this at the earliest opportunity in order to maintain the security and stability of the FLG platform. A couple of minutes of disruption may be experienced within the maintenance window as each cache node is upgraded.
This issue is now resolved. Appointments can be booked externally.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
If you've sent a link in an email or sms for a customer to book in an appointment, the page is currently loading an error. We are just investigating this issue. There are no issues with users ability to book an appointment from a lead in FLG
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are continuing to investigate this issue and will update again within an hour.
We were altered to a problem with Insights reporting at around 07.20 this morning. When navigating to Insights users are receiving a 504 error (Gateway Time-out). For ad hoc reports whilst we're investigating you may be able use native FLG reports. We’re really sorry to be holding up your day. Please be assured that our teams are working hard to get everything up and running, and we will update you in an hour with the latest information.
This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience whilst this was worked on. All emails should be back to sending as normal without delays.
Internal testing has found an issue with sending bulk emails to Microsoft servers. This includes domains like outlook.com, live.co.uk, live.com, hotmail.co.uk, hotmail.com, etc. In most cases, a substantial delay is being seen so emails should find their way to the recipient after a varied amount of time; sometimes after more than an hour has passed. Some emails sent before today may not have been delivered at all due to retry attempts being exhausted. We are still investigating the full impact of this. For now, steps have been taken to avoid any emails from being lost but delays could still be seen. This issue will be updated once we have further information. In the meantime, sorry for any problems this may have caused.
A small number of customers have reported an intermittent problem when submitting Journeys. Where the submission fails, subsequent actions may also be affected. We’re aware of the issue and are working on it. We’re sorry to those people seeing this issue. Please be assured that our teams are working hard to investigate the problem, and we will update you soon with the latest information.
